Pastor Jeffrey Oo received God's call into full-time ministry in 1986. He served as full-time Associate Minister at a fast growing church in Kuala Lumpur. During these seven years in a local church, God taught him lessons upon lessons on His faithfulness. He has had many experiences on the reality of God especially in the area of His provision of finances for his family of four and for everything he needed for life. He learn that God is his sufficiency - Who had opened many mission opportunity overseas during these twelve years. He has travelled to more than 40 countries and averages about 9 months of travelling out in a year.

Thank God for His wonderful presence and compassion that touches so many lives wherever he is being used by Him for His glory. In 1999, at a Regional Conference in Singapore, while praying for the nations, he received an open vision from the Lord commissioning him to help bring in the end-time harvest of souls into His kingdom. He then received specific instructions as how to go about it - not using his own resources but God's own resources. Even the ministry name was given to him in an open vision written in bold letters: INTERNATIONAL COALITION OF HARVESTERS. Since then he has been burning with the passion to fulfil this 'Heavenly Vision' given by God to him. And to partner, network and connect with any who has the same vision and calling for the end-time harvest.

Recently, God miraculously healed him from a broken knee, which he suffered while visiting a farm house in Indonesia. Subsequently after that, he saw many healings in his meetings in Singapore, Alaska, etc. He, not only tell others to get healed from applying the word, it's time that he himself experienced God's healing. Knowing that God is no respect of persons. Six days after the fall, in the evening while resting his injured knee on a stool - resting at a couch, suddenly he watched his leg lifted up from the stool, beyond his control - turn leftward and drop. He heard a 'pop' sound and bent down to cushion the pain, while thinking what happened to him, suddenly the Spirit of God wispered, "you are healed, I fixed it". Minutes later when the pain left, he checked his leg and everything became normal. I ran around the house showing everybody in the house that God has healed him.

Over-joyed by the experience, he then left for Alaska the next day, carrying the same anointing for healing which he saw many people set free and healed of many sicknesses.
